Well, I've had some...trauma in my past, shall we say. So my mindset has some...quirks in it.

[He shrugs, though, watching Flat carefully.]

...It's not far at all. I have died hundreds of times, in many different ways - some through experimenting, seeing how long it would take me to revive after I died, most through the occupations I took on.

Death and life, for me, are one and the same - like taking a nap, only that you wake to life once more instead of staying asleep in that cold, comforting abyss.

[His voice is far away - the voice of someone who's flit between the realm of life and death multiple times, a traveler to a realm in which he could never stay.]

...I would go that far because there is nothing I can potentially lose...nor gain. Unlike you, or miss Miach.
