you're better off buying the phyllo dough than trying to make it unless you really wanna get good at it - homemade's better, but phyllo's a bitch to work with.
the dough's paper-thin and you gotta layer it, so they tear easily if you're not careful.
otherwise, it's actually not too hard to make
