I'm going to take commissions for suits and dresses! I know we have a lot of people on campus who have unconventional body shapes, and that probably makes shopping in town pretty tough. But I think I can manage to sew something nice for anyone who needs it!

Mostly I just need the money to cover materials, so it shouldn't be too expensive unless you want really expensive fabric. The extra pocket money wouldn't hurt, of course, ha ha! Swaps are okay too if you can make something you think I'd need.

Let me know! I'll need at least a week or two of advanced notice so I have plenty of time to work on projects between classes and assignments.

If there really is going to be a ball, then I hope to see everyone there!

Most likely they just don't know enough about the school. It's run by psychics so really it should have been expected that everyone would be ready for a fight. It's a little weird that they knew about the dance, so I wonder how they found out about that. I don't know about the High Council, though!

Ah! Yes! That one's an easy one. I just need to borrow a screwdriver and a sander from the shop class, get a little lubricant spray, and I'll need about, lets say, two hours to make sure I've got everything ready before I put the window back in all fixed. You're free to stay in the room at that time, it'll just be kind of cold.

I didn't exactly come here thinking fights would be common... but that's also good to know. I guess. Demons who know about the dance, but aren't concerned about fighting... it's possible the threat is from inside, isn't it? One of the students or staff.

It's possible, I suppose. But I have a hard time thinking a traitor would fool a psychic, and it would damage morale if everyone started getting suspicious of each other. I'd say it's more likely that they got the information from a really tiny spy daemon, or by using mind-reading abilities on someone who knows there's a dance every year, or maybe they just found someone's syllabus that got blown away by the wind.

We can probably ask them after they're defeated and jailed for questioning.

[As requested, the clothes are dropped off, set in an old cardboard box with a note set on top, detailing that these are the clothing pieces he's looking to get mended. He's even helpfully illustrated what's wrong with each piece. Somewhat.

It's not that his art is bad, it's fairly okay in fact, but what he draws as simple holes on paper is much worse on the fabric. Fabric which is not only horribly frayed at even the good ends of each, but also has been faded and weather stained to discoloration, all of it really just unpleasant to touch. The note says it was washed thoroughly but it still smells like death. Sorry Orihime.

The pieces included are a blue-violet jacket, missing one sleeve and the other tearing off at the shoulder. The back is shredded to lopsidedness and there's a hole in the middle like the wearer was maybe stabbed there.

The striped pants are, amazingly, in even worse condition, one side torn off at the knee. The other leg is only torn above the ankle, a whole worn through the knee. It's a disaster, just like the man himself. Good luck.]

[The box is returned that evening. It doesn't smell terrible. In fact, it doesn't smell at all. Opening the box shows his clothes...in remarkably pristine condition. The threads seem new, and none of the cloth has been worn down in any places. It's neatly ironed as well, making his suit crisp and as new as it was the day it was made.]

[He'd figured a patch or two. He'd figured some slightly-off fabric matching and maybe a trim or two where he'd just hide the scraps away. He didn't even consider improving the quality of the cloth, that hadn't crossed his mind.

But this...

He lifts the jacket out of the box, staring in absolute awe. The color is that in-between of purple and blue, but now bright with age. A second sleeve hangs opposite to the first one. It's lone enough to meet his waist and there isn't a hole in the back. There isn't anything.

The truth is, he's never seen this jacket in new condition. He'd never bought it. He'd wore what he died in but one day that had worn right out. And in those early days, the loss of his familia shook him harder than it did by the end. It had been some part necessity, to take things as they were left behind. But though neither he, nor anyone else in their group ever spoke so, he knew it to be sentimentality too.

He draws the jacket in and holds it tight to his chest, feeling like he could cry. He quickly gets it on then and goes to find the pants in the very same condition-- pristine.

He doesn't know how. By all means this should've been impossible. But she she did it.

And he owes her a lot more than just a fixed window now.]
