Well you could replace the front wheel with a levitation system and the back with a propulsion system would be my first thoughts for conversion but if you want to get to places where magic is not common knowledge it wouldn't do you much good. Unless we added a stealth component, but I've been able to get that to work at low speeds only so far. At that stage, it'd probably be easier if I made something from scratch.

If retaining the same appearance is a consideration and having some subtlety, I'd likely design some sort of forcefield projector into the wheels so it drives on what appears to be thin air. Wouldn't impact its conventional utility in the slightest and would at least look like flying.
