Dear student body,
this is your student council vice president with two council-related offers and one announcement.
1. Graphic Design Job Offer
The student council is looking for a graphic designer to create a mascot/logo for us that we can use for council-planned free time activities around campus. Unsurprising to those who know us, we want the mascot to be a frog (or toad).
Payment will be provided.
2. Halloween Ball Costume Contest Judge Wanted
As you may have heard through the grapevine already, the council is once again hosting the annual Halloween Party. As part of it, we'll be holding a costume contest. The council will be the jury for this event, but we want to open the floor for one student to serve as a guest judge. This is not a paid activity but for-fun volunteer work.
If you're interested, just let me know. We will randomize the guest judge from the sign-ups.
3. HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST ✨✨✨
The Halloween Costume Contest will come in two categories this year: Mundane costume and magical costume.
The mundane contest is for any outfit that features no magical enhancement whatsoever. Only worldly skill and creativity are allowed. Any costume that features magic (or runes, or anything the usual human wouldn't know about) will be judged in the second category. Here you can go as big as you want, provided your costume does not inconvenience others at the party through size or special effects.
We look forward to seeing what you all come up with!
And as always, if you require the assistance of the student council with anything, do not hesitate to reach out at any time. We've got you!
-James Griffin
[ OOC Note: the costume contest judge will be required to give out IC votes sometime on November 1st or 2nd, so please make sure you've got time to check the contest out during those days! Randomizing the character who gets the honors will be done October 30th. ]

Let's pitch the frogmance to Nana. I can't make decisions for the theater club, but if they're in... Let's do it.
Dual wielding knife frog has my vote.

You'd like a welcoming, protective image for the student council. A knife is a little threatening, maybe a tad bit intimidating; but the sword represents strength, an inner desire to fight with unrivaled passion that only a true warrior can possess. And that is what this school aspires to make out of us, correct? Beautiful young warriors who will stand tall in the face of Nightfall with an unparalleled desire to protect humanity and those who cannot fight for themselves.
Now, we go on to the frog itself. Just look at the fire in his eyes! The passion, the desire to become a hero. His body language is just as telling as his expression! How inspiring!!!! :)
Two swords means double the positive energy radiating from this image!!!
In any case, I thank you, Keith, for this beautiful gift; and James for taking it a step further and enhancing it with color and added accessories. I certainly believe this is a worthy contender and a force to be reckoned with in your design contest, Mister Vice President.

Not that it'd be a school mascot, so much as a council mascot, but in the end the effort unites us.
All of you win. Let's go for the dual wielding frog.
