1. A+, 10/10, would recommend. I hate history bc people are supposed to learn from it and don't so it's mostly Same Shit, Different Decade

If maturation rate is nil or close to, gives more weight to the maturity variable since it becomes set. ...I think at that point, chronological age actually becomes the variable with the least influence. With a nil maturation rate and no change to physical appearance, 'getting older' is just accumulating experiences and knowledge with little or no shift to the base personality and emotional stability. Barring, u know, Drastic Life-Altering Bullshit Happening. That shit is harder to account for mathematically and then it also brings up the question of whether the nil maturation rate is immortality inertia or an actual change in brain chemistry.
