hey all of you losers out there! you all scored dates for the dance yet!? you're running out of time!! but don't worry, good ol' Maple is here to help if you haven't.
"How are you going to help us, Maple?" you might ask. well lo and Behold, I bring you a proud tradition of the school, which allows one to show off to other desperate, lonely students, as well as GET IN THE SPIRIT OF ST. VALENTINE'S.
a couple centuries ago, St. Valentines was crucified for the CRIME of being SMOKING HOT, and to commemorate this we all post pictures of ourselves for the rest of the students to tell us whether or not we are smoking Hot or a desperate Not.

its a long story but
we were married and i screwed up
she's been hurting many years now and my showing up here now didnt help things
whereas i didnt prepare for this at all
that music ban that everyone goes on against imelda about is because of me
but i don't think either of us want to fight if that's what you're wondering
she just wants to move on

And I don't plan on making things difficult for her. Being our beloved RA is hard enough as it is
I'm old enough to know that life isn't always fair
But that doesn't mean I don't want to be there for others

im sorry if i sounded cold there
i do mean it that its kind of you to care
but even if this werent so messy as it is you kids have enough on your plates
i dont think either i or imelda want to add to that
we want to see you and all these other kids do well
to see you happy and safe and all of that
im sure with time imelda will be able to heal
and ive still got things to hope for
were not okay right now but
we will be
or at least we are going to try our best

But we're a lot stronger than you might think we are, so it's ok

i dont need to have been here long to see that
its about doing the right thing and making sure no child is saddled with responsibilities they dont need to bear if it can be helped
thats what adults are supposed to do
but a little hope is more than welcome
i do have that
not with imelda and i together
but for us both
you treat her well in lumiere you hear
and look after yourself too

I know our floor is hard to deal with, but we all care about her
I think she's the closest thing to a big sister or a mom that some of us have had for a long time
So we'll look out for her, and make sure she doesn't work herself to the bone
Don't tell her that, obviously!!
