It changes a lot. Having people with actual skill behind you can make a world of difference, not to say that Miach lacks skill. But there's a reason it's always wise to learn from people with actual, quantifiable experience.

i apologize, i'm not referring to miach's assistance or yours! i'm talking about myself, actually. the loss of my life would not mean anything past the initial mourning period. i'd be one more number, and just fuel for the ground that i'd be buried in.

however, i'd like to live just to tell miach my experience. other than that, i'm pretty good with w/e else happens.

You're right, but you won't be able to tell her of your experience if she's unable to bring you back. It's best to be cautious, or you'll simply learn nothing.

yep, it'd be a shame if she didn't get to know what it was like. although my experience will probably be different than miach's, so we wouldn't be able to really know until she died as well.

still, i'd prefer if it were just the two of us that did the initial part. you can come in after if miach can't revive me. like i said, i just need my heart to start and we'll be good to go.

People are weird about pain... Avoiding it may be an instinct, but it's been taken to the point where there is basically a social stigma on the experience of pain at all.

thats why sadomasochism is considered a fetish, i guess. but people will always be very willing to put themselves and others in painful situations, too. not just physical, but emotional. kind of hypocritical, imo.
