Just how many nonhumans are there now anyway? It kinda seems like the number keeps going up.

...What exactly is your reason for being here.

[It is especially interesting because like, this is supposed to be a human school right? To save themselves?]

[That and he is just curious, for reasons.]

That's kind of a loaded question, isn't it?
Assuming nonhumans have a particular reason for being here that's different from humans.

Oh this just keeps getting better
I don't know you so I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and just assume you don't know anything
But there's a looooot of things covered by 'nonhuman' that I'm not sure you're aware of

Well, besides daemons, which are probably what you're thinking of going to war with, there's whole societies of fey, lycanthropes, undead of a wide variety of philosophical outlooks, and just plain weird shit, and that's just covering things that are Outlands-adjacent.
Most of those have a pretty wide variety of outlooks when it comes to humanity, whether as enemies, friends, or weird monkeys they're not concerned with. It's an individual opinion, just like humans have individual opinions on everything.

Really
I didn't realize I was speaking to the representative of all humanity here
No human will ever like a fairy then?
I'll have to inform my family of all the generations of forbidden love we've been having
It'll be quite the scandal, but who am I to argue with the Will of Humanity?

I'm not the one speaking for whole species here
You can't just apply absolutes like that
The world is way too complicated, and so are people
Which includes both humans and the dozens of species of non- and former-humans

Well I'll admit I had you backwards
You're making assumptions about humans rather the nonhumans
It's still not black and white either way
There's not one single opinion that every member of a species has
That includes things that seem "obvious" like humans hating daemons or vice versa
There's plenty of reasons people can have a common interest regardless of species
