Your adventurous spirit is admirable, should it work! And given the current state of things, I must admit we need some manner of "impossible" goal to reach toward... or at least it feels that way.

it cant be any less impossible than saving the world! although even with magic, its not that easy...

but thats why i need to stay here a bit longer.

Do you aim to just explore space? Or is there something you're looking for?

i just want to see whats out there. but it would be fun to visit more of the outlands too.

hec and i found a map with all their stars in it! its really pretty...

That's impressive! No wonder you wish to explore it. I'd be happy to assist you in this! ...is what I would say, but my skillset relates not to shipbuilding, space or otherwise...

I didn't actually build it. But perhaps I could attempt to help with the research regardless?

i am using a bunch of rune magic to make it work. some of it is kinda easy but im gonna need more to get it off the ground. [...Literally.]

i might need to learn other types of runes, not just the ones in the rift

Okay! There should be material for that in the library at least, anyway.

its been awhile since we worked together too.... i kinda miss it

I suppose it is true. We haven't been on a lot of the same missions recently, Nightfall itself aside, and we're in different years.

there hasnt been nearly as much scary stuff happening now that the world is saved too. its a little weird getting used to

Of course it's a good thing, and yet I find myself inclined to agree with you. I know not why. Perhaps if one thinks solely of destiny for so long, then facing it leaves nothing after.

I suppose I just thought it could wait. The world hung in the balance, after all, and as long as there is evil, there will be something to keep the people safe from.

what sort of things would you like to do?

I know not. But... I have had to admit as of late that I do like trying normal things, when I am able.

YEAH!! you should try out all kinds of things to find out what you like.

maybe do some adventuring too!

Adventuring is a given, of course! I do still need to help you with what you're looking for, after all.

thats right. the ancestors do still need my help, so i cant leave them quite yet.

[Probably not a bad thing that making a space ship takes a long time to finish..]
