Right. Most people's thoughts way less interesting than they think they are, and if it's something traumatizing? It's not really that uncommon here. Either way, I've got better things to do with my time than gossip about stuff like that.

It starts with meditation and other exercises to improve mental focus first, and then once you can do that, working on the things that will let you block people out. For some, it's imagining a wall or a door. For others, they need to focus on something else.
