Hola, everyone. I'm that one evening TA from Aube, for those who don't know.
I'm sure by now we've all noticed the little issue of extra little ones running around. Now obviously there's no good way to explain all of this, so I thought maybe we could all gather our stories here so we don't get our wires crossed. You know, share names and other details and stuff.
I also thought it might help if some of us could maybe use babysitters in given times. That way there's less of... pretty much all of us running around.
Also, remember that lots of these kids can probably figure out the internet so mind what you say.
I'll go first:
I'm "Señor R.", I'm looking after "Héctor (just Héctor) who also goes by Teto". He is "an entirely normal kid with no special abilities or anything so nothing to worry about there but he's a bit of trouble sometimes and may need wrangling" and I'm "not at all available during the day and could really use someone who is".
You all do the same but replace whatever's in quotations with the appropriate names and details. Then we can sort of reference back here as we go.
[OOC: Dated somewhere before Teto and Avery wind up in the infirmary probably but wibbly wobbly time.]

yeah this is jailbreak. you see a kid called jasmine anywhere- short hair, real quiet, looks kinda scared of everything- lemme know. she kinda just doesn't ask questions cause she's too afraid of pissing people off, so you don't actually have to tell her anything if you don't wanna.
mostly she's pretty well-behaved, just don't let her overuse her powers. she's a seer, it fucks with her health if she tries to overdo it. if she looks like she's having any kind of breathing problems, get her to the infirmary ASAP.
[At this point, she may be contending with Rex for the title of 'most mismatched past and present selves'.]
don't mind keeping an eye on your mini-mes if you're okay with them being around me. not gonna stop swearing around them, so they might get some fun new vocabulary. your call if it's worth a couple hours peace and quiet or not.

[Translation: I'm deeply emotionally uncomfortable with the fact that you (and everyone else who can read this) now knows vague but worrying details about my childhood, and this situation in general is something I don't know how to process either. Therefore, I will immediately deflect with humor. Also, I just legitimately enjoy making fun of your hair.]

[Teasing, yes. But not judging. ...At least that explains how she got from Jasmine's neat and proper short bob cut to her current self's long wild mane.]
hey, scale of 1-10, how bad an idea you think it'd be to just, like. trade kids with someone.
cause i feel like this whole shitshow would be at least 20% less awkward if it was just dealing with somebody's else's dumb childhood.

So I'll rate it 0. It's a great idea and I'm totally willing to trade.

tell you what, i'll keep an eye on him when you're in your next class and you watch her during mine. call it a trial run.
[To be honest, she could probably get away with bringing Jasmine to class with her, she's obedient and sensible enough to be trusted around fire and sharp objects. But the whole 'pretending to be a competent adult who can actually be considered a teacher' thing feels awkward enough without having a reminder of her unfortunate past just staring at her the entire time.]
