My name is Kisara and I'm not that interesting, I promise. I also apologize if we meet in person and my English is a bit... rusty, it's not my first language and I'm still working on some words and phrases that are a little strange when translated. Not that... we don't have anything weird when translated from my native language, too.

With... that out of the way, is there any particular languages that are spoken here frequently other than obviously French and English? I didn't get to travel much before here so I'm always curious about how other countries are?

I'm rambling, sorry. Just wanted to do that introduction and apologize in advance?

Part of that was that I ended up in Germany when I was five or six... and I just picked up German instead. I've spoken that now more than Japanese, and... frankly it's a lot easier because it's not so reliant on context.

What was your first language, if you don't mind my asking?

Interesting. It always amazes me to hear about different cultures and languages, but I suppose that's going to be easy to learn here.

Arabic? Wow, I've heard that can be a tough one to learn, and considering how different it is from English... yeah, can definitely understand that.

Doesn't it read right to left like Japanese, too?

That's honestly why I'm not surprised if it's a minority thing here.

And it does, yes, unless it's numbers, then those are left to right.

That makes sense, considering we use Arabic numbers pretty much everywhere. If we use that numbering system left-to-right, it'd be logical it originated that way.

So, what classes are you taking?

Mhmm! There's some other little differences, but that just depends on what area you're in. Egyptian is a lot different from the Arabic spoken in other countries, or so I've heard.

I... honestly don't know? I know everyone here has some sort of ability, whether magical or other means, but I don't think I have any of that. That I'm... aware of, anyway?

And that's okay! It can be a lot to choose what you want to take, but it's not all bad. In a way, that also means you're not tied down to one route either. You can look into many different things and see if there's something you like and go with that!

That's... true, I suppose. I don't even know where to start with some of these. I've heard of bits and pieces of magic here and there simply due to the mythology of Egypt itself, but that is probably a lot different than the reality here.

I guess, anyway? I'll... figure something out.

It might be different. But it might not be. I'm learning that it sounds like a lot of myths actually have some basis in reality here.

Can a god survive if their people no longer believe in them, though? That seems like such a wasted immortal life if they still exist.

I don't... think that I do right now, just need to figure out what I'm even doing.
