Real talk:

Does anyone here not have some kind of fucking childhood trauma bullshit? Goddamn, this is fucking pathetic to watch.

[YOU ARE LITERALLY ONE OF THEM, JOLYNE...]

Also, anyone that's got some anatomy knowledge, I have a quick question: how long does it generally take for someone to bleed out from a minor wound? Enough to need stitches but not enough to require surgery otherwise. Asking for my own curious brain, I swear to fuck I haven't done anything to warrant this question. Just idle weird thoughts.

Okay, actually, one more question. Skin grows back, doesn't it??????

I was a foster kid who jumped homes but I wouldn't really say it was traumatic for me. I got to stay in the same place more or less and I had a lot of good times. There are better childhoods but it all worked out. Adulthood's way better though.

Anyway, for this entirely hypothetical injury, I'm not sure the exact time it takes to bleed out but losing blood will mess you up more than you'd expect. You know how people always feel sick after blood donations?

I'd suggest hypothetical stitches as soon as hypothetically possible.

Skin usually grows back but the tissue is going to need help to do that and a lot of time with a big enough wound, like one you'd need stitches for.

I'll take it. I could use some boring in my life.

Entirely hypothetical, which is why you also asked a secondary clarification about whether skin will grow back.

The chance it might not is if the wound becomes infected or if the skin can only grow back a thin layer that can tear easily again. And of course, if you die, there's not much growing back anything.
