do you ever want to stockpile your own blood over the course of a few years and then just go around and start spreading it everywhere before mysteriously disappearing, leaving suspicious amounts of blood throughout the city and turning your whole town into a crime scene which no one can adequately explain outside of somehow being simultaneously murdered at like eight mcdonalds????

couldn't say, I didn't really get 'history of magecraft' or anything for Reasons.

But if beings from the outlands count there's probably been a ton of magic serial killers over the millennia.

Might have, it'd make sense of some things about those murders.
