Hamon is the energy of life, and the sun! It is generated through breath, and passes through the oxygen within one's body, flowing through organic life as it would typically. Its greatest strength is in how it counters the powers of the undead, and it even allows for enhanced healing as a result!

I've been told it is somehow connected to...'candles'? I did do a little bit of reading, and I suspect that the connection may be in the proficiency for it. Not everyone can utilize hamon, but I believe it may be that the technique is possible for those with 'candle flame' from what I've found so far.
